All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders are only confirmed when payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or suspected fraud.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. We are not liable for delays once the parcel is in transit.
6. RETURNS & FAULTY GOODS
Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Faulty goods will be assessed and rectified in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, product names, images and branding are the property of Sands Collective Australia Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
